Waiting to see Tony Martin at the Uni Pub

Thanks to grandparents for looking after the kids on our date night. We left our little people eating tacos they both helped cook to go out to dinner and a comedy show. It was a special night out to celebrate our 17-year wedding anniversary. Dinner was at Akiba, one of Canberra's top 20 restaurants. Food was good but not outstanding. Popular place but probably more appropriate for a night out with a big group of friends - we were stuck in a side room with a rowdy crowd. Not exactly romantic. It was hard to hear each other talk. Gee, this makes us sound old! Walked to the reliable Via Dolce for gelato dessert, then headed to the Uni Pub to catch 5 comedians. Great laughs, especially from Tony Martin. He's a funny man. We enjoyed our night out.
